okay so I am currently converting my car from an n/a auto to a tt 5spd. I have installed a twin turbo transmission, clutch, and flywheel, but the starter I have, appears to be an n/a starter. Do I need to shim the starter? I know you do if you have an n/a transmission grinded out for the tt flywheel, but with a twin turbo transmission I didnt know if you needed one or not. when i try to start the car i just hear the teeth making a clicking noise, as if the starter was sliding against the flywheel. Also, i wired my starter relay together so i could start my car being a 5spd now, and the first few times i tried to start it, it made no noises, and now it buzzes and lights up blue when the car tries to start. . . thoughts?
